Mid tide worked well on a W.  But the tide was extremely high and running very quick.  Carpark was on verge of flooding when I left

Lots of pressure waves/cross chop which made it hard going.  First run on the Xcite /Koncept knee went through bottom panel had to change down to 5.5 tush which at times was under powered and other times overpowered but still worked ok.  Miss the KonceptCry.  Changed to F2 late in afternoon but never really got comfortable due to cross chop.  Accelerates damn quick though.  Great to see Dan smokin on the new boards and Rob fire up his GPS for the first time

Quick fun session Fri AM before having to duck back to Melbourne for my mates b'day.  Spewing i had to leave, as i was packing up the wind really kicked in - would have loved to have sailed all day.

First time i got to use my new boards properly, 2010 model Isonic 101 & 86 slim.  Spent the session swapping between the 2 and trying different fin combinations, used 6.6 koyote for the whole session.  Boards feel great but really different to anything i have sailed before, especially different to my late 90's/early 2000's freeride board i've been using.  Will take me a bit to get used to them, especially gybing, overall really stoked with them.  I reckon another solid session with them and i should be in the 30's.  Fingers crossed.

Dan was very disappointed he could not get the 101 over 28's.  He was given a guarantee of 35.  He is looking at a warranty claimLaughing
