Slappa (3385km):  Melville Beach, WA, AU A nice friday session........................eventually First hour was soooooooo up and down almost packed it in but I really wanted to get some hours sailing into the body. Thankfully the wind kicked a little and got in 2 fun hours. excellant long runs over to dalkieth foreshore but a bit bloody choppy for the big board. Used a strange combo today. 6.5 overdrive with f2 SX 111 due to 7.0 reflex bein g repaired. I must say the smaller sail on the bigger board felt a bit wierd but went alright. It did allow a bit more concerntration on board trim and body position , instead of just being on focussed on holding down a big powered up sail. Worth a try! Saw col and Tobi heading out as I came in a bit exhausted. looks like they will get the best wind for the day. F2SX 111 Overdrive 6.5 Select elite S9 37cm

obi one tobi (3103km):  top 2, 2sec- yee ha! Isonic 86, Koncept 6.6 Deb/drake 32. Happy with that, trying to gybe a bit and get some control at speed in the gusts. This boards faster than me, especially the feet and hands bit in the gybe! Lucky to get a sail- dumped work, brownie points in credit with Mrs, and narrow window of time- Bingo! Saw the other Wannabees beeing fast- nice one team !
