Took the punt and went to Burrum today hoping to crack 30. Got the wind to do it but NE and low tide wasn't real good, can't beleive it was SE in Hervey Bay and NE at Burrum

I went out and it was lucky to be 9 knots, had one run and it increased to 15 odd knots (beaudy), but then it kept coming. Maybe 23 knots!

Had to stop and downlaul but too much (& choppy) for this little black duck.

Surprised I got the speed I did. In fact, surprised I got anything! But I was out there.
