Burrum Heads. Exo Rs4, 7m warp, 37sl10. Hit the water at 2pm with Darryl, Justin and Geoff just as the SSE arrrived. The low tide and 25knt gusts were there for the taking. Unfortunatley I scrapped the bottom of my board as I was getting off on the bank and put a 5cm cut in it.Cry

You have to feel sorry for Justin as his GPS was playing up and giving all sorts of  funny readings.Smile

Big congratulations to Justin for breaking 30 knot, well done mate.

Nice mid summer sail blinding rain, cold, wearing a bloody wetsuit

tell me again why i emigrate, reminded me of a typical English summers day.

Very pleased to break 30knots on the big gear, makes a huge difference with nice smooth water,

hopefully back for more tomorrow.

Thanks Justin for dangling another carrot in front of me you were .01 faster than me.

Grumpy was at work till 9.30pm, don't any of you have a job over there, pfft!! qlders

Nice work Justin, lets hope you don't go any faster tomorrowLaughing A few tips for tomorrow, raise the boom 40cm, add 15cm outhaul and remove the rear footstraps to reduce weight. That should keep my record safe have you goin even quicker.

Hope you get some more consistant wind. Bet you go even faster if the conditions a right.
