Queens Beach, QLD, AU

A bit disappointing; could only manage a short sail before the wind dropped out - was gusty and irritating while it was on. Didn't feel like rigging bigger. Thought I did more that 13 ks though...

Bongaree with the Knut. Just started to get settled and my fin exploded, that will be a warranty job. The Drake C3 Venoms, are not the same as C3 make them, thats for sure !

Bongaree with Hr Haggar, very choppy but good fun, got the adrenalin pumping. Had a close call with a dugong but we missed each other. Good consistent wind, will definately come down here when theres more south in it. First chance to use the reflex 3 in good wind and I love it, great power and exhausts the gusts really well just goes quicker. Well done on the distances guys. Futura 111, Reflex 3 6.2 and 37cm SL7. Haggar you looked good today untill your fin split down the middle lol.

Nice distance rudi that helped the team distance for the month. Haggar sorry to hear about your short session due to the fin. What was the wind like down there? Would like to try bongaree sometime.

Looks like you guys got a good sail today. Is that the first 100 on lake Weyba Kelly? I think it may be.

Bad news about the fin Glenn. I am very intersted to hear more about a fin exploding for no reason, especially when i ride the same one 36cm.....what next. footstraps???

Bongaree had good wind today, there is a bit of a wind shadow from the island when it is ESE, SSE is better. And at low tide it is a bit shallow for big fins. ......... but plenty of room to move !

Ulf, it just spilt down the middle, they seem to be laminated and not just G10 like the C3 makes them
