Jase (1689km): Culburra Beach, NSW, AU 10-15 knots, A real effort....Just trying out an old NP V6 7.5 with my 120 X-cite ride. Very under finned with my 26cm weedy but i was still a nice blast when the wind was there.
Liver (3649km): Big day on the big kit on the lake.
bushfire (6668km): Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU, SSE up to 24 knots - a bit gusty and shifty. A few weedy clumps here and there. A long day of training (and fun) with Ben. On the water at 11am and off at 6pm, with 1 hour for lunch and rerigging. Started with the formula board - great time measuring, tuning and just having fun. Under powered some of the time. Also out with Darren and saw John and Mark. Decided to change to raceboard for the last hour and half - probably more fun than the formula boards! Formula : SB HWR, SV 9.7 R2, VMG M75 Raceboard : SB Phantom 377, SV 9.2 R2, Select Weed 44
bj (2848km): Out for a long sail on the lake. First out on formula gear for a while then a bit at the end on the raceboard. Decent but shifting SE. Good fun and good training. I think on the water for 5 hours. Out with Dad, and Darren. Some really fun downwinds on both kits. Severne R3 9.6, SB 167W, VMG M73 then Severne R1 8.6, AHD Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU |
