JJ (6448km): Point Walter, WA, AU Dawn raid with Norts - wind was 5 - 10 knots less than yesterday, should have rigged the 7m. A very civilised start to the working day. Isonic 86, Code Red 6.1, Venom 32

lao shi (27489km): Tagged on as JJ tagged off at WW. Another great session on Lurch. Most of the speeds and alpha down at the spit before the kite hordes arrived on some pretty sweetly flat water. Display of 35.75 but heavily realspeeded. 24.9 alpha at 60m! Hard with no proximity helpers. Mile was hopeless. Nasty chop and big holes. Hopefully this backs Chris' efforts up. DivS83,Ka23,LB6.3

Chris Porter (8173km): Lake George, SA A quick blast in the morning with Jemma before having to make tracks. It was all about efficiency today with light winds 15-20 knots. It was picking up a bit as I left so I think the other guys would have had fun this arvo. Pulled up a little short on the Nm attempt... d'oh Jemma was having a blast. All too easy at this spot. Jemma (107km): What a great spot! Chris didn't even have to convince me to get out this time. Arie was being looked after by his Oma so all the stars were lining up to have a good sail together. The wind was quite light early on so it was really just a cruise on super flat water. Quite good for me just to concentrate on some technique rather than on trying not to kill myself on chop. A real highlight on our road trip home. F2 Ride 277 F8 Ram 5.4 JP Wave Weed 26 Weetbix and some of Arie's leftovers in the morning |
