A pleasant easterly on Lake Burley Griffin. Quite a few sailors out. A spike in the data calculated the 2-sec max as 45 knots, and the 5 by 10 average as 24, so have taken the next best 2 sec, but cannot calculate the 5 by 10.

Thought my GPS didn't save the data, but picked up the wrong one ,so the card had no data for today, phew it's OK

Awesome afternoon, first person on the water today, the wind was still from the north so sailed to the east end of the lake, waited less than 5 minutes then it turned east at 20+ knots. Had a great downwinder on the smooth water, really ,really good fun.Blasted around for ages very powered ,doing my fastest gybes ever, even laydown gybes .Then changed sails to 3013 XS-1 4.0m. This sail is amazing, bigger than what was previously available, yet lighter.

Great to sail with everybody again,at least 10 on the water today, best of all Dad is able to sail again!

Finished the day with a swim back to shore after the uni snapped,it was older than me so it has lasted well considering.
