Good NE wind, maybe 20 knots or so. Great fun at the new location. Thanks for the invite Keef - will definitely be back.

A bit of a disaster for a start - broken main batten and had to remove the inducer - not ideal but worked for the session. Sailing with Ben, Keef, and Jase.

Went down south to 'secret lake location' to try and get some good speeds. Bit of an effort to get out from the shore but once on the lake, there was some really flat water. Decently strong NE 20+ knots. Great fun. Out with Keef, Bushfire and Jase for a bit.

Testing day for my new 115 OES custom Quad and very happy with it's performance, Even though it's not made for bump and jump it performed extremly well. Fins (16 & 8) may have been a little small for early plainning on flatwater but it still had great upwind ability and it was great for the shallows and weed of Wollumboola. I've got some new 17cm Twinser fins on the way...I want to be able to use it in everyday conditions, It's too good just to use as a wave board. At 115L it sliced through the chop with ease, Very smooth ride and felt vey similar to my 95L freewave in the bumpy stuff. It was a good day spent getting mast base and fin positions sorted, I tried every possible position and found the board responded to every little change.....Good and not so good but I have the sweet spot sorted ready for the waves.

.........Not that it's a speed board but I'm sure it's got more then 25 knots in itWink

Good speeds again Keef. You're setting the bar pretty high. I'm a bit worried.  Is it true all your pbs are all reset back to zero when you hit the legendary age?
