How is the weed and water level like at Canton Beach nowdays? Is it still as smelly as usual?

I'm missing Canton anyway. I want to quit work and become a windsurfing bum living up there in a caravan park. I really hope we get some decent westerlies this winter as I think its unreal there in a strong westerly.
