Wello; Great sail with the Mob, I'm getting my fitness back. Bougth a rowing machine and swim everyday, I can tell it make the difference. I feel great and was not tyred at all.

Wello with DA boys. My gear didn't feel good today. Had alot of trouble with the gybes. Was funny to see Vando swimming in the water more than I was for a change. So much weed in the water.

Nice sail with the boys , wind was a tad up n down but all in all a good sail , a bit bigger fin would have been better today and probably a biiger size sail would have been better ..

was showing chris and shaneo today how good it is to jump on slalom gear got some good ramps and high jumps, mate it was epic
