Warp 6.3 was a tadd too big for the 25knot gusts. Didnt hang around long.

Exocet Cross IV 104; Ezzy Infinity 6.5; S10 37cm: Gnarly conditions, so reached for the exocet cross and had a blast!Cool Pretty happy with 28kts given the choppy condition of wind against tide! Might even be good enough for a 2sec jellybean... c'mon Darryl help me out mate!

Would have stayed out a bit longer, but my sailing buddies all disappeared! Hopefully wind will stick around tomorrow, as the tide will be ideal.

Falcon 104 & JP Slalom 76 Blade 6.6

Did not expect to get a sail today what with having to do the Citizenship Test in Bundy, but got

back and it was still blowing so rigged the 6.3 but as usual the other guys used up all the wind and left

the plug in. Had swim out to the wind line and swam back in, luckily managed to do enough to give Andy a

taste of the 2s jellybean (just one day to survive).

If wind cooperates tomorrow looks like Burrum could be good,at least it would be constant

and flat.

ps. 100% in the Citizenship Test

Lake Cootharaba, QLD, AU

Another gusty day on the lake. Had a good sail with Ken, Dave & Dave.

Wind was a constant 15-18 when I got there so rigged the 6.0 Ezzy on the iS87 with C3 30 fin.

The wind dropped to around 10-11 knots so Ken & Dave sent me out as a "tester"

Had a good 1st run out before the wind dropped further on the way back. Dredged on the way back but it soon picked up and we all had some good runs.

Hey Darryl, it is bloody hard, haven't had a PB (or jellybean) since I don't know when!

Great work John on the PB.

Nice alpha Jeff! Don't worry about the jelly beans mate, only 1 more day and it's a new month. Besides, Darryl and I will be on a sugar downer by then, so that's your chance!Tongue out

Good to see you guys getting some wind up there. Hey Andy I see you have a cross 104. I love mine, beautiful to sail in rough water. I've found I can run up to 6.5 (ezzy cheetah) on the stock 29cm fin if it's good and windy. Feels really slippery like that. Cheers, Ian.
