First step on the ladder to getting a 40 average on our local Hunny strip... today was the first day we got over 40 knots max... me 41.57 knots and Andy Holland 41.61 ... but that took a big BEAR OFF in to proper short chop on top of some rolling chop !!! Managed a 100m over 40k too... so ONE DAY.. we will be posting an average over 40 knots from Sunny Hunny speed strip  :-)

Well done ANDY H !!!!

A wet, wild and windy afternoon at Brog!

To be honest, I think it was probably too windy for speed today as the chop resembled small waves, well above the knee and tightly packed. Great training for slalom but hard to get any speeds that related to the wind strength for fear of crashing spectacularly!

That being said, I had one decent run during a slight lull (new lake record for 10s and 250m) and tons of gybe practice in front of spectators on the beach. :)

Spot / Conditions: Brogborough Lake (England), 25-35 knots (SW)
Kit: RRD X-Fire V4 (90L), 5.5m NP RS:Racing EVO II, Tectonics Talon 32
Tech Details: Navi GT-31 V1.4 (B0803T), GPSResults v6.105, Doppler, Cubic Spline.
