My first sail in almost 2 months...good to get back, but usual frustrating winter front. Rigged the 7.0...underpowered...then got a couple of 1/2 reasonable runs...then it got a bit nuclear and so I was overpowered...couldn't be bothered down sizing to the 6.2/90 in the rain and blustery wind. But like I said, great to have a sail at last...a few of the team out. Shane had the right idea on the 6.2/87 combo.

4526 days ago Futura 111, T4 6.0, CF 38 - For the benifit of our team mates sunning themselves up North, that was by far the best winter front ever!. One of those rare magical days with the sun out, a nice steady 20 knot westerly and flat as Nm runs! Almost didn't need a wettie!
Must of hit my head! Wake up Scottie! Fark, watched the wind squals, then no wind, then rain and more rain, then repeat, from the luxury of Borgy's van. Bugger this crap, I was nice and warm. WTF! Borgy went home and I was out of excuses! Fark I'm rusty and its taking a tad more to get going, though me thinks another season should be possible.
Congats on the PBs guys! Good turn out considering. Steve, Matt and Jesper were also out!
