Tough day at the office - 5 knots to high 20 knots, but hey, it was warm and we were on the water. (I've seen smaller waves in the surf!!)

LOCATION: ANGLING CLUB

WIND: WNW <8 KTS (POUND CREEK SHOWED 10-12- RUBBISH!)

GEAR:  SUPer 12'6, KA Formula 9.5

Details:  Decided to try the big sail out on the "no wind" forecast.  Very impressive- heaps of power and not too heavy.  A full tide and some nice waves were breaking so it was a bit of fun sufing from the old entrance to the boat ramp.  Definately go planing a few times in about 8 knots of wind (the swell probably helped as well)

Probably a little chillier than Daz and Wendy's post, but some of us are hardcore!!!
