4509 days ago Wallis Lake, NSW, AU. Very choppy conditions with strong Westerly gusts coming through earlier on and then stabilizing. I-Sonic 107 with 6.5m2 Severne NCXPro Sail, Select L fin. Good turnout with Gabe, Chris, Peter, Bill, Anton and Gary. Well done Matt for your great PBs. Am not sure how you guys can make it consistently over 30knots ! something to aim for which is great !

Gabe (3878km):
4509 days ago Sailing Club, Wallis Lake, NSW, AU
Another nice sunny day sailing with Chris, Peter(Happy Birthday Pete!), Bill, Anton, Gary and Andre.Wind picked up within minutes of us arriving and settled in from the west at 15 -20knots with the odd 25knot gust.Good conditions except for the tide which was mid, but slowly going out.Chop prevented better speeds today.
Rigged Gaastra 6.5 GTX, Fanatic SL104 BP 38 weedy, then swapped to Fanatic Hawk 93ltd and Finworks 11.5 weedy and the same rig to give it a run.
Another great day on water with nice gusts but a bit more weed around than the previous day.

Chris Kelemen (1067km):
4509 days ago Wallis Lake, NSW, AU. Too big a sail and too big a board. Gusts up to 25 knots were a handful on a 6m and the chop made it scary. Only a few runs and came in stuffed (a workout in the morning did not help!). A pity to have wasted so much good wind.
|
Peter Braun (1889km):
4509 days ago Wallis Lake, NSW, AU Good sail on different sails from 6.0 to 5.0 on a starboard futura 101l.
