bushfire (6668km):
4434 days ago Primbee, NSW, AU W to WSW, maybe up to 25 knots or so. Normal gusty westerly.
It's been ages since I've sailed a westerly on the lake : worth the wait as this session was heaps of fun. I got on the water at about 5pm, just as Jase was coming in and Phil was changing sails. Darren joined in on the fun a bit later. I love daylight savings, and the warm conditions.
Once again the MU Delta fin showed its worth in the weedy conditions, particularly near the jetty where it was almost impossible to miss the weed clumps. A small tug on the fin and then on she goes - I don't think any other fin could do this - it would be over the handle bars!
