Pepe47 (7101km): 6.6m koncept, f2 111, 30cm sww. Got down to the estuary early enough to get a whole day in, according to the graphs. Little did I know that the graphs don't apply to mandurah. Stood around shooting the breeze with Stroppo until it came in. Then Elmo turned up to get the 5 o'clock breeze, hope it stays in for you both. Bit sore and sunburned, felt like I did more than I did. Must be old age...
Rod (2664km): wind didnt really play the game rigged to small and then was to lazy to change so paid the price with a lot of bobbing in the lulls Safety Bay, WA, AU

Elmo (15665km): Tabou Thunder 70cm, NP RSR Eiii 7.8m JP weed 36cm. Woo hoo finally on holidays I'm shattered. Got down the run late as I had to collect the 8.6 from Avalon sails who were doing their usual miracles fixing my muppet handywork which was a weeeee bit more extensive than first thought Huge thanks to Bee and Bugs for sorting it out so quickly. As Pepe said the wind seemed to have picked up a bit but as we are heading into a major religeous holiday it was also extremly Holey as well. Inoitially only did a couple of runs before getting of the water as there was nobody else sailing and there were a couple of dickheads diving out on our line without any markers upm so it was a bit risky. Was fluffing around and chatting with the boys when a new car turns up with a windsurfer on it, Enter Simon (hope I got it right) a Mandurah Chiro, who promptly starts of loading his kit, beauty someone to sail with. Hit the water take of cavitate the fin, get it back vcan't hook in cause my fat gut is in the way and Simon goes whisteling past, get my sheet together and try to catch up, ooooo he's got a bit of pace, still trying..... still trying. Had a few good drags with him which was a whole lotta fun, bit like racing Hardz, nice and evenly matched good fun. Session ended when going past the unpowered ramp my boom goes Crack and ends up feeling all soft, Uh Oh this is not good, peer under the boom and thoughts are confirmed with a big crack, taking the weight of I gingerly made the last 500m back Phew, looks like that booms in the shed for a while getting fixed. Felt unispired to start with but even with the breakage I came a way feeling good. Looking forward to dodging terrorists in the f'ken stink boats for the next 4 weeks, woo hoo
Sammy (16210km): SharkBay, great session with el Capo.. we was a bit nervous with the forecast, we went too early... also I had all the new gear to test!! Packed 2 extra fins in my back so no need to comeback to shore! After lot of tunning (may have to move back the front straps!) I got it right and felt great, easy and powerful. Awesome setup that feel you can go the extra step . Sooo happy with the gear, the board fly through the chops so easy!! Anyway nice sesh in 20-23 knts, starving for more wind. Wind came in stronger but later, tide was already on the way up, making it very chopy. MAGIC END OF THE DAYS Misty41, RSR5.0, Delta20 (Had to modified the 3 Delta to make them work ) Good stuff boys on the PBs
