Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU Berkley , NE 5-25 knots

Started off on the formula board and did a nice circuit of the lake. The wind was building so swapped over to the slalom board. Some nice runs from Primbee to Berkley. Crashed on a gybe, hurt my arm so that was that.

All I want for Christmas is a can of "Harden up" and and a tube of windsurfing skills!

Went out with el capitano today to try and have a marathon day to up our distnace score. Started out on the smaller sails on the Fomrula boards, some good fun tracks on the lake. Started to pick up a bit, getting a bit harder on the Formula boards. Did about 17 NM on the forumla gear. Went in an rigged up the slalom kit. Was good fun and a decent breeze. Unfortunatle Bushfire had a bit of a stack and strained his arm. Met Terry out there and contunued sailing with him. It seemed getting a better distnace score wasn't meant to be, as my mast broke. Luckily quite close to shore.

Though dissapointing it was a good day sailing.
