4470 days ago Queens Lake, NSW, AU - Falcon 99( Thanks Adam), 6.7 overdrive, 34cm meanline. Heaps of Guys out, when i arrived Adam and others contemplating going out, Phill, Mark and Steve + 6 others sailing already, planing in gusts bobbing when in the lulls. I was keen to go but bonly brought my 82lt with me, forecast and wind in Port read 15-20kts. Actual wind at Queens was 0-15kts. Adam was kind enough to lend me his 99lt Falcon. That board flies!! Thanks Mate.
Great to see so many on the water.

8m HSM GPS + 113 Falcon Slalom and 40cm Meanline
Collected lots of ribbon weed on the Meanline - should have gone a weedy today. Fun in the gusts, got a couple of good ones in the right place at the right time - but they were few and far between. A lot of slogging and sometimes glassy conditions too. Lots of sailors on the water today.......most I have seen at Queens ever. Wind not strong as forecasted, but great to be on the water which was so warm - sailed in boardies.
Cheeky Dion even overtook me once (maybe twice) whilst sailing one of my boards. You were scooting along on the 99 mate.

Not enough litres under my feet, not enough sqm in my hands, too many kgs around my waist!! Great to meet the guys today, thanks for the hospitality. Thanks to Phil for giving me all the good info for this area. Two decent gusts for my kit all day, but had a ball anyway. Thanks to Raf for the blasts on the Kona One, what great fun that was in the gusts. Hit a speed of 23.71 knots on the beast!!

4470 days ago Queens Lake, NSW, AU Great day at Queens, so many out! Good yarns with the crew at the Bob's Creek Office. The only bit of a downer was the super gusty, light winds- oh, and having to go to bloody work right when the wind was starting to build tad. But still fun in the gust on the JP FSW (albeit slow) and got to play around with my scetchy gybes. Will get them sorted one day!
Nice to meet ya Jamie. Good to have yarn- and cheers for the run on your new JP. Sweet board mate, basically a looser version of mine. Hope you get to use up here in the suds during your stay.
