Well done everyone on a great fast day. I was down at 44 with a giving a few lessons but still managed a few of my best carve gybes. As for the kites, I thought by grabbing a lost kiteboard and sailing it back to it's owner, I may have been left out of the kiting Bull Sh*t but karma had other ideas. Kept getting cut off and a nearly got clobbered by a kite that crashed full pelt into the water about 1 meter away whilst I was in the water. At least golfers get warned when a rougue ball comes their way!

Simmo - I think we need a D3 Dozer to do a clearing run of kiters to make way for the Busters.  Now  where is George!

The D3 is fully fuelled and ready to go.

I ws appauled by the kiters and their blatent disrespect for other water users and beach goers. I had to constantly move down the beach to get away from kiters trying to find a place where I could play with Ash and Megs in the water. There was no where on the beach you could sit because of kites and kite lines.

A lot of kiters out of control when the wind became gusty. I witnessed a kite destroy it'self on the beach and a kiter getting body dragged along the sandbar.

With 3 kite lesson companies operating in the same carpark and the amount of learner kites, and kids running around, it's only a matter of time before a child is injured.
