Aquatic club Toukley, NSW, AU Miller and Pugs out. Greg and Byron came out as I was coming in. Lake was high and wind was crankin very bumpy with 25 knt of solid NE. I rigged to big and pretty much getting blown off the water at times. 7.5 Koncept 112 Jp slalom 31 jp weedy.

Sailing Club, Wallis Lake, NSW, AU

6.5 GTX, Falcon 101, BP 28 weedfin.  VERY gusty, sailing way overpowered straight into a hole (not real fun), a lot of chop and it was even bumpy over the weed bank.   The lake's full of water and the point was apparently was under water so I wasn't going down there.  Sailed with Peter, Martin and Veronica plus a few others at the sailing club and Bill, Anton, Darryl and Brian came over from Coomba Park.

NNE'er about 12-18 knots & gusty

NP V8 6.5 with JP 114 and 32cm weed free fin

Was supposed to be a cracking NE'er so rigged small expecting it to blow, but it didn't; mainly due to a storm cell that rolled down the coast from the Hunter at about 5pm which killed it. When the thunder started, it was time to call it a day. Maybe could have risked a few more runs but did not fancy getting a hit from the storm front.

Anyway, I was still pleased with a short but sweet session.

PD was with me but forgot his GT-31; he was going at least as quick if not faster...but not able to verify it. Bad luck.
