Windrider (6161km): CR6.7, F2-SXS-32fin, JPSuperX116-37fin. Gusty as anything, horrible chop. I just want a sea breeze! Fastest speed on the F2, most of time spent on the JP (needed the volume). Not much between them though the F2 feels heaps faster (and more fun)when its powered up. Was determined not to give in to the flu today. Surprising how much energy its saps.
roodog (9007km): nice day sailing flu nearly gone isonic 101 rs racing 6.7 choco 38 Sandy it was nice not shit steve on F2 68 rs racing 6.7 choco 38 great numbers for a "shit"day

Nelson (14146km): 85 Wide AHD & 7.0M T-bird. Early morning cruising between reefs, trying to avoid the lumpy stuff. Clipped the reef on one run & nearly went around the front big time, just managed to keep it together, fin must have just dragged through the weed but didn't hit rock. Should have rigged the 7.8M but it was pretty windy while rigging, kept dropping steadily & no-one else got a decent sail for the day. |
