High tide at Safety Bay fastest i have ever been able to run into the corner Laughing

too windy for kiters only a few out still managed to get in the way though

a few of the gusts early in the session had me thinking my 5.0m may have been usable, luckily didnt let it get more than a thought

Produced two brilliant 23 knot alphas from text book laydown gybes with 35 knot entry runs BUT proximity was out at 75 metersCry maybe we should consider style points as well in the alpha division.

Should be able to get to Hardies tomorrow arvo f%$^&*g work saturdayFrown

Much less windy today, Tried crasher's AB+ 54cm 78L Slalom Board, what a sweet sweet board, got my Alpha's and speeds on that.  Much nicer board than the F2 Missile, faster in the more moderate end of the wind range, but I'd say the Missile would have the top end.

F2 Missile S, 6.7m RSSMkII, 32cm F1

Lechanault Inlet SSW 18-22 then 15-18knt

Got 2sec, 5X10 and NM on first run. Got to the bottom of run (2NM) and the wind dropped out. Found out you cant slog on 63L Speed board (long wade/walk of shame). Plugged in the Iso86 and the wind died.

Tried Crashers AB46, think I killed the wind again, but not as bad as last time I tried it. Got to at least have a feel of it planning and tried a couple of alphas, gybes very nice as long as you do everything right. It's got a nice secure feeling to it. Think it's slowys, "feet close to the water line" thing, maybe time to do the slowy mod to the new speed board.
