Well worth taking the arvo off work .

Isonic 76, CR5.1.   Forgot how nice that 5.1 is.

Had realy good fun cruising out the other side of the sandbar.

Absoltuely stuffed now though.  Need to get some sailing fitness back before Turkey

Saw the captain out... but the other southsiders seem to have stayed indoors.

Very quick little session after work...didn't get many km's or the 1 hour.... really just wanted to try out the new (second hand) Sonic 85...spent some time playing with footstraps etc, but overall a really nice board to ride...better than the JP Slalom 84 I swapped it for.

Now I just need to get some sailing fitness happening!!

Cap'n Dog and Annika out too.... plus some SRM's & Pinnas (or is that Pinnae?)

two runs on rs racng 6.7 , f2 sx 56, choco 32, over powered, would not have been able to do hour , quick sail change.

Borrow an already downhauled CODE RED 5.4 , what a F@#ing great sail, light responsive, very ,very SWEET.
