Darryl, bummer about the 40 so close. You were smoking out there. Saw a nice laydown gybe/ dismount at the car park.

I was too chicken to get into the corner, too shallow!

There is always next time. Starting to think about a speed board.

The choco 30 seems pretty good. Haven't really tried anything else. Never spins out and you can remodel it on rocks and it doesn't seem to bother it at all. Across the wind in chop a slightly larger fin ( 34 ) would be better.

So if Daryll was smokin' on a 6.6, by my calculations (and based on my recent form) I could have sailed with the 3.3 today!

Jesper is making those Futuras look like pretty quick boards too!
