Wild, enough wind 20 to 33kts early then 15 to 23kts later, Too choppy to go super fast  felt 10kts faster than my 41kts.  Sam had the hunger today and it showed in his sailing had a 38 on the dial.  Gaastra vapor 5m, Missile S Decrepit 22cm Weed  Enjoyable on the limit sailing early with sam and elmo.

Glory Holes Southerly 12-28knts

Rocked up fully amped. It looks flat and very windy, rigged the 5.4m RSS MKII and the missile with a 26cm speed weed.

First run felt good 200m's in and all of sudden i could see why it was sooo butter smoothSurprised. I was sailing at 34knts in ankle deep water with huge thick weed islands. While trying to round up  and slow down my fin hit and over the front i went. No worries i was ok, kit was fine.

I took off but couldn't get going due to my fin constantly hitting the bottom. walked out to deeper water and sailed back to the top of the run just as it swung southerly(the worst direction at the hole of gloryYell

I was keen to sail on so plugged in my 30cm Bentonic speed weed and took on the knee to waist high chop/swell. I had a very funny moment sailing back up wind.i saw a decent bit of chop and said to my self"cool bump and jump on a speed board). The next 10sec was a mixture of pleasure and pain. i hit the waist high ramp and took off. The missile jumps  really well and farkin hire, only thing is the landings. Due to having no rocker i managed to trip the front rail on landing and had a great cartwheel onto the sailCool. I should have gone for a forward. Then the wind dropped out and i had a lovely 300m wade amd copped a devil fish in each foot.Yell

Still better than a good day at workWink

JP Speed 54, NP RSR 5.8m, 'KenElmo weed 24cm

Hardz said it was as flat as he'd seen it, drove by on way home it looked good, got down full of beans rigged up the 5.8 watched the boys go of fully oiverpowered on 5.0's Oh dear. unfortunately that was the strongest it got with it gradually fading as time progressed.

Wind angle still had a bit much northerly in it but definately fun, hell of a lot of seagulls standing on the water, wish there was more as there were quite a few hidden clumps of snot, one of which made Sammy go down and put an "Elmo" sized dent in the water.

Still dialing in the 54, had a bit of a play with the footstraps after the last session, shifted the front ones one hole forward and found it was a good move keeping the front end down whilst not making it a problem through the chop, the dialing is definately coming along starting to realy get my head around it now, just need more wind.

Great fun session sailing with Hardz and Sammy, Sammy took the honours for the day and was sailing like a man possessed, awesome work there pussyWink

Hot shower when I got home felt briliantCool

my pc died today, lucky got a backup one!Frown

Fun session with the 2 big boys.. Scary at time, wind was there but too choppy sometime! Got smacked few time, some areas was dangerous due to some patch of weed sitting on the surface (ah ah ah, like Elmo say: watch for seagulls walking on water!) today was plenty of patches and too often too late to avoid.

The whole setup felt very stable even if sometime a touch overpowered!! mmmh great fun give me some more..

CA44, 5.0 RSS, 220/43_SS (that fin is a 40, it was so stable on the chops!)

few pics of the usual suspects Laughing
