Great PB Jacques. Congrats. They just keep coming. My story? Well, all yesterday Guru was predicting The PiT at 45 knots. This was over the top for me, so was planning to join you guys at Conna. But, a re-check late in the evening had it amemded to 29 - 30. Wow, just my pace, so packed the car, set the alarm for 4:00am and off to bed with dreams of a rash of PB's to add to the team coffers. Long story short, arrived at 8:30 to a full tide held up by the wind, lapping the bottom step at the BBQ. Joined up with a bunch of desperates over a coffee at the group house whilse we awaited access, which we managed by 10:00, but this wasn't to help me. Wind strength just passed the sand dune was 40k. Daffey said that it would be another 15 knots down the course. That and the fact that Tony has never sailed anything less than a 5.6 was rigging a 4.4 was enough for me to hang up the westsuit booties for the day and watch the carnage. Which I must say was pretty exciting in its self. So sorry, nothing tho add to the scores, but, the Tonster may have something a bit later.
