Boggy 2 - 13 - 18 knot sw.  1/2 way through an hour did a speed run and crashed and broke my harness.  Came back out with spare harness and managed a mid 32 knot nautical.  Awesome session.

Fanatic falcon 91 / 6.2m loft blade and 31cm sl7.

After work session with Sam.  Gee i love sailing boggy 2 Laughing.  Haven't sailed there since i damaged my board a long time ago.  We all thought it was too shallow but Geoff and Andreas have sailed it recently.  It was 13 - 18 knots sw and it blows the water into the channel and bank.  The water was lapping the bank - haven't see it this deep for months.

The wind was solid and some gusts were 20+.  Sam and me decided to go for an hour.  Great place for the hour with 4+ k runs and the water was surprisingly flat for miles.  Happy with the speeds as was mainly reaching for the hour and dropped out after.  Almost a walk of shame but the wind picked up enough for to get back to shore before dark.  Sam got tempted in the flat water and crashed a speed run during his hour but managed a mid 32 nautical when he came back.

Awesome short arvo session.  Bring on the seabreezesLaughing.

Boggy 2 - 13 - 18 knot sw.

Fanatic falcon 89 / 2009 6.6m koncept and 32cm c3 venom.

Hi Kimba,

Hope you are keeping well.  The water level was very surprising.  Knee deep at the end of the jetty and neck deep in the channel and on a sw you could head up towards the channel marker in the middle of the lake.  Sam was heading very high.  I kept in the middle of the channel for a change and didn't do any silly bearaways.  Very unusual for me.  Great spot to sail and i think with more wind and flat as it was i think it will be a great spot for everythingLaughing.  SEABREEZESTongue out

Hope to catch up soon.

Good to hear mate.  I still have the same number.  You should be back on the water in time for sun and windLaughing.
