KA Koncept6.6 Sonic85 Chamelion24Weed

Tried a few runs on the new Front of Frants Place speedrun. (inside the weedbeds along the shore.) The first run 34.56 max and 34.40 10sec ave compared with 32's outside the weedbeds. Second run 34.81 max and 34.40 10 sec ave shows promise but I took it a bit far into the weedbed at the end and crashed breaking two battens. Tried a third run with the broken battens but could only get 32. Came in and rigged the old 6.6 but by the time I got back out the wind had just dropped that edge and could only finish with some 32's. Jacques got some good numbers there as well. I am tipping 40 knots when we get Tony and Jacques battling it out for mad bastard of the lake.

Took the GPS for a surf at Ocean Grove. Evo 80  Serverne 5.3 with a hole in it now = 4.7. Rolled on a wave put foot through it. 2 foot chop with 3 foot swell. Onshore. Not ideal for speed sailing.Smile

Sneaking those alpha's up Jacques - well done. Best team (read Red, Sherm, Jacques and Tony) result ever. You gotta go slower this month so I can contribute.

Hey Monty

What about forming the connewarre cremasters "B" Team. These guys are too good! although... if it is about performance... I should be in the hmmmmUndecided "J" Team?

Yer Marcus, and then introduce the concept of handicaping, say a point for every PB broken.

Geof, I have put some pressure on Cam to fire up the Cremaster website again.... there was nothing like our battle royale to sit higher on the ladder than the other, even if it was below the minor placings. And then there is the "mad bastard of the lake" for highest speed on Connewarre. The first to crack 40 (GPS max by doppler) earns the title for life and I am putting my money on Jacques

The Cremaster website was great fun. and a bit of competition amongst ourselves will keep us in our toes for the team effort.

I tihnk Geoff's is a good idea (a point for every PB broken). the prize: a slab of Coopers at the end of the Year?

You should have the first point for that Geoff!
