had another play with the new speed board, wanted to see how it went in lighter winds, tried some alphas and experimented with mast track position.

I think good alphas are possible, but there's not much margin for error, especially gybing in a lull, that's just not going to work.

Next step is to try the 6.0 and some different fins.

I've a good feeling about this board now, looking forward to another good day when I'm more used to it.

The best laid plans of mice and muppetsUndecided

Left office of time with plans of finally trying to complete an hour tonight, unfortunately whilst I was in the office someone must have must have sprayed the car with "Attracta Pillock" for the drive home, every gumby on the road today (and I don't speed), Almost back to the land of the living and the Family gods Speakuthtome and give me a job picking son up from school. Rush home hook up the trailer belt of down to the run to get on the water and start my run at 1815Frown

This was my first run on the 59 in any sort of sensible conditions compared to last Saturday and with nothing set up right with sail, boom height, harness lines and mast base (I did get footstraps right) still felt like a fun ride, bit of proper dialing in and theres gonna be some yeharghs a comin on.

Twas a fun little sail, blew out some cobwebs out and put a smile back on my face

Very nice indeedy deedy dooCool

Now I just got to wash that spray of my carWink

Went to Hard try to attempt a new Hour and trained on the Alphas..

For the hour, I lost too much time and was a bit hairy up there, forgot my harnest and end up sailing with a wave one (thank Joe, and Mike for it)!! For the Alpha it is a PB for me in track point is 24.276 and my actual is 24.

Did not do any speed today (the 35 was in the hour), hour done on the CA50 and Alpha on the Manta 59 (realy sweet board to jybe) 2nd day Alpha trainning, not far off, I ll get there..

I am a bit p***ed off on missing those 2 great days which could have finilly get me the famous 40 and better 5x10. Great stuff for all the guys that got it!! So more waiting for me I suppose...

You pulling up stumps complete, going into wave stuff or some other issue preventing TOW? Frown If you prefere not so, so be it. But we are going to miss you.
