Did an hour on the 6.7m and tabou 115 with 40cm mfc weedie, then changed down to the 5.8m koncept for a speed run but , as was pointed out..Thanks David, the sail was too flat. Needed to bag it out a fraction.

Nice to blow the iron ore out of the system after two weeks away  Cool

Good fun session at Hardies, used my new C3 Venom 44 to great success good training for tomorrow, amazing what its like being able to sail upwind after having spent so many years only using weedys

JP Slalom VI 65cm, NP RS4 6.7m, JP Freeride weed 36cm & JP Slalom II 36cm.

I needed thatCool Twas a fun little session.

True to form though this week, the session wasn't uneventfull, went belting across over to Claudesville started an hour session only to have a smegging harness line breakYell looking at the glass half full or the Harness line broken only on one side o the boom gave me a ripper 6km downwind blast back to base.

Changed the harness line and put the pointer on to give it a go, was fun but weed was a bit of an issue, sailed again over to Claudesville and again treated myself to another downwinder 8km this time. Ended the session with a few blasts down the run (well outside it actually) having a far few probs with weed though.

Fun session which made me forget about the trials and tribulations of this weekCool

Testing session, but not really enough wind.

Moved the mast track back in the old speed board, this seems to have worked, entry point is now further back.

Changed footstraps on new board, this is much better, feet slide in out no trouble.

Tested bugs mod to the old 5.5 Avalon sail, gybes much better now, in fact considering I only managed 30knots on 1 downwind run, a 23.5 alpha isn't too bad.

Bunbury Back beach, 18-22knt Southerly

F2sx63, RSR 7.2m, 34GW

Got held up at work so didnt get on the waterr till half five. Had a quick fang up and down wind in choppy water. most runs were 26 or 27knts. I thought my peak was a 27 but i must have cleared the max display after a run and not seen the 30.

very happy with the speed in bumpy open ocean. looking forward to tomorrow.
