Had to be done...first bit of wind for three weeks. Now know the ISO111 will take an 8.2m sail comfortably and also a 42cm fin!
GT-31 playing up again...data saved OK to the card but seemed to have lost the speed genie??

Nice to get out again even though very big kit for my weight.
Stop start day not much wind to start with but fun anyway no pb's but didn't expect anything special just some time on the water was good enough with Reg,Chandler and Jesus hope he is ok popped his back walking like he sh!t himself when he managed to get in.

Notice to Reg don't forget GPS again!!!

7.7 Point 7 sail.

105 Falcon.

37 Select fin

Maxed out at times on my 9.3m Demon C4 and Exocet Warp S76 with 53cm fin to start with.

As the wind picked up changed the fin to the stock 43cm, which is a bit naff, as it let Norman past me.   ;-)

My GPS is also playing up so will have to reset everything I think.

Crap wind but better than nothing.

That is a pain about the GT31 (but still good to get out on the waterSmile). Have you tried searching on Seabreeze for topics discussing this  or maybe post a question there? There are many knowledgeable people who read and contribute to Seabreeze who may be able to assist.

Well Done boyz we managed to get a point  from team east!Smile

Shame Reg didn't have his gps coz he was going pretty quick today and i reckon we may  have got a point for the NM.

Keep trying lads we will get there soon just be nice to get a nice 25-30 knot wind for once so we can compete with the rest of the world.

Oh by the way El Reg is in the brig for forgetting his GPS let this be a WARNING!!!

Ah return of The Matrix welcome back!!! Now that could be the icing on the cake for the monthLaughing. If so the first round is on me boys!

Contemplating letting El Reg out of the brig now but he will be demoted to deck hand for the rest of the month Ian and Pete the helm is yours and help yourselfs to my wenches.......

Laters one happy Swags.

P.S. a ship can't sail on her own so it was nice to have over half the crew out today. Smile
