Sonic 90, Koyote 5.3

Got 6 runs in until Russ arrived and the wind went into hiding. Was just warming up.

It's not fair, why do I have to use this doppler stuff.  The other thingy with track points looked way betterTongue out  C'mon speed board!

The short chop tended to suck the board down a tad!  But was a great wind in the 500-600m stretch of pond!

5.6,  JP 84litre Slalom,  30cm MFC

Pipe Clay Lagoon, TAS, AU Good to see so many of the new team members out. I should have got there a bit earlier when the wind was a bit stronger. Nice afternoon sail anyway.

ISonic 101 Loft blade 6.8 36 venom.

Pipe Clay Lagoon, TAS, AU

Fanatic 104 KA 6.6 venom 40 (bit big but such a nice fin)

I got there a bit late and when I went to hit the water and the wind died then it came back in and I was wound up on the gear.

Heaps of fun and I like my alfaSmile

Kaleb was smoking fast.... Tassie Speed Seekers is up and about again this month!!

Gordo (2333km):

Well done Kaleb, that is breaking into new teritory, which I'm sure you could feel.  That is a good milestone to get past (35 knots) on you way to 40!!  Very nice 5x10 as well suggesting you were cruising along at these sort sppeds, not just one lucky gust for the day.  Just imagine what you would have done with your new speed board!!!!  Top alpha as well.  You are moving up the rankings very quickly!!

U2 360 concert last night in Melbourne was awesome (not much more I can say)!!

Another 3 years SteveWink  Felt real good today, except when I had way too much lift and then as I adjust the chop grabs the board and tries to through me over the front.  Oh! and the time I hit the sandbar and got very badly catapulted, no damage luckily.  Glad you had a good time at U2 Dave, you could say more though, like'heres a 30 knot alpha and 50 knot 2second to back you up'Tongue out

It was a bit of a master class by Kaleb today. He is so consistant and the fastest I have seen ever on the pond for sure. Well done mate.

I had so much fun on the 104 to get my PB on a 67 cm wide board? I had 33 on the dial, but i need to suck it up and go harder!!!

Cheers Russ

Sorry Buzzy, I know, not much of an excuse for missing out on a session!!!  I must say in my defense that I thought there wasn't going to be any wind, but when I was flying back this afternoon they said "strong winds in Hobart" and I was wondering what the heck, I thought there wasn't meant to be any wind!!!  Got off the plane at around 5:30pm and driving back over the bridge it was howling!!!  Couldn't believe it, given the forecast.

You dont know how many times I said that today Isaak!  It was good though to get more speed out of the setup I'm using, I was starting to think I had reached my peak on that gear, now I know better!
