Felt like crap got the family virus thats been passed on to everyoneYell Did an NM for the team, and the back leg was burning 500m into the run, the sacrifices we make

Finally got Bugs down to try the new sails, more mods to come.

Shared the water with the usual suspects, nice to have Bugs & B join us. (Couldn't get a GPS on them but)

JP Speed 54cm+Elmo Chopbuster 28cm, JP SS 65cm, JP Weed 36cm, NP RSR 6.7m.

Got down to the run, everyone said the wind was puicking up so I went out with the 6.7 and the 54 speed, wasn't to bad but was a bit underdone so it made it a bit of hard work, went back and changed up board size to the SS which made life a lot easier.

The plan today was to get Naughty and back up our valliant leader, was a lot of fun, got some good leg burners, had some good drags with Matt and Nic who made us work hard to keep with them.

A fun session which was picking up toward the end, Happy ElmoCool

Forgot to mention the little sting ray which chased after me on 2 seperate occasions, fiesty little beggar it wasYell

Hardies Run, WA, AU

Woo Hoo !!!! were the first words out of my mouth as I took off on my 5'8 Gastra sail for the first time with a gps strapped to my arm. Yes sail very old but after being set up by mike and Sam (Thanks Guys) I had a ball. My Excite 105L was as it says very exciting, wanting to take off over the chop, yes too big a board, but with some more advise from Sam! being move back the mast foot the board became more stable.

Looks like some wave sails need trading in. " I feel the need the need for speed  " well anything over 28 knots at the mo will do.

I would like to thank Joseph for the invite to join the team and thank everyone for all there help. Looks like the Gps is set up ok , Cheers steve.

Happy and Safe sailing

Simon ( slug )

7.0 rss MKIV,62 jpss,36 ss fin

Got on the water just after 5 at melville, wind was ok-ish but getting very gusty .stood around a lot waiting for gusts but managed to hook into a few but unfortunatly they were very short only lasting a 100m or so,sails going better every outing and a pb with this combo as the old MKIII 7.0 only pushed it to 35.8 before.

Greeeeat session at Hardies with no speed. Originaly was going to just test drive the fin for few laps, but enjoyed myself so much that I end end up staying outhere for 3 hours!!! Even the wind was very marginal and never came what it suppose to, I had a ball.Cool

I have one word for the "Delta" AWESOME!!! that little beast will eat what ever you will feed it with... truly greeeat, I was searching for it's weak point and could not find it... Light & strong wind, across, down, upwind, flat, small & big chops, just a joy in everyways Cool Could not test the speed as there was too much weed near the shore... but boy I can feel what it can achieve!!  Works great on slalom board, will be a  killer on the speed board. I never felt underfined even underpowered 1/2 of the sesssion or overfined in the gusts

few points that really impressed me: acceleration, upwind (goes 20% higher that my other fins when powered), spinout (can drive the fin on the edge for ever, long soft warning), across the wind it will keep the board flat, downwind you will get some lift. This fin is the 4x4 of the fins and would have to be the best quality / price fin I never bought. What the pleasure Wink. Guessing good up to 6.5 on a max 54 board if powered. The 25 is maybe like a 28-30cm. I want some mooooore Tongue out. Great product Jesper Cool
