Got on the water today about 3.30pm and had a great sail which made up for Thursday.

Conditions were the same but put up the 6.6m , water was choppy which kept the speed down but enjoyed the sail.

Sun was out which was a bonus.

Nice boxing day sale at Elwood today  Rigged the 5.8 as the wind was up when I got there, but as can happen with these fronts it droped back a bit when I got on the water. Sailed the Tabou 3s for a while until Bondy and Deadwood turned up and then got the SuperSport out for the rest of the arvo. Dead wood decided to change up and that was all it took for the wind to pick up again

Mistral Flow 105, 6.5 Severne Gator, 32cm Select freeride fin.

Good arvo at Elwood with Jman and KGBDW. Would have been better off on the 7.5 Koncept for most of the session but thankfully still planing on the 6.5 Gator. (letting the outhaul go neutral made a fair bit of difference)

The wind picked up a bit near the end. Definitely worth the outing to burn up some of the turkeys I ate!

Still hoping the water will turn blue at some stage this summer.
