Well done DIABLO some solid PBs there. Not much in it between us today. :)

Not much at all. You were right about your alpha too. I was surprised by mine, I had a couple of gybes that felt OK but as I said when we were packing up, it can be a bit deceptive and some that feel good aren't always that fast. Nice to have ended up with the pb though.

A few sprinklings of PBs and one that counts the most - breaking 30.

Good stuff. 

Welcome to the extremely exclusive 30 knot club. Now you can rub shoulders with the likes of Garry and Benny.

Now the best way to increase your speed is to put on some more weight,ie beer, pizza and sausage sizzles. (the Benny method)

Or .... Rig big,bear off downwind as far as you can +10 degrees and put your nuts in a sling cause you're gonna loose them.(the Slowie method)

I remember the day I first broke 30kts (pretty easily because it wasn't all that long ago). I'm still not sure if my arms were tired the next day from the sailing or all the fist pumping that happened when I saw 30kts on the GPS that first time.

My only complaint is that my 2sec PB was counting towards the team results until you pipped me by .11 kts. Oh well, I'll just have to toughen up and push harder next time.
