Boggy Lake, SA, AU

25-06-11 Boggy Lake 6-18 knots NNW to NNE- 7.8m Loft Blade-Fanatic SL111-C3 Sting2 42cm

Interesting sessions with breeze coming in bursts. I enjoyed it. A few other crew around with Geoff caught out in the main lake when wind switched off and downwind, with a long walk back till wind came back for him. Glad he made it back!!

Gps froze for half the day before i realized.  Had to pull it apart and disconnect the battery  Sorry Pete forgot to leave the gps with you so you can update the software.  Average day but still fun.

Big board and sail.

Boggy lake - 5 to 18 knots.

Boggy Lake, SA, AU Saturday at Boggy, good north easterly early an opportunity for distance. Had a couple of runs down past the radio tower and on the last run must have been further offshore than I thought and on way back got disorientated and ended up on the Lake Alexandrina side of the spit a long way down. The wind dropped out and had to walk for about an hour to get back where I could drag my gear across to Boggy, pretty buggered after that. So much for doing good distance. Saw parts of LA I didnt know existed. Even so was a good day on the 7.5 Severne and 136l JP

Well done guys, have been sailing everyday here in maui, the last 2 days on a ezzy 3.7 and 70 litre wave board, very choppy and gusty last couple days as well, haven't been wearing gps as just bump and jumping will put it on tommorrow for a go, dave Ezzy himself has rigged my sail for me the last 2 days he is a very fussy guy every ezzy he sees he checks how it is rigged.

Smile oh yeh forgot to say only wearing boardies here surely not missing the cold.
