Wind up and down, rigged to big and a bit out of control. Came in to rig small and the wind dropped. Ya get that!

Another Day at the the island, made the trip over to arlington on the Ca 50 with VMG 6.0, wind was very light and patchy which made NM runs hard to pick,

finally managed to get a good one on my last attempt as the wind swung to the south making the run back to the island a very long upwind battle.

All good fun with a lucky PB at the end.

Wind was never really there and ended up wallowing around for about half an hour so decide to call it quits.  Frustrating but nice to be out.  Wish I was at Arlington - it sounded excellent guys.

MMM-mix of good/bad & ugly ..got stuck on arlington reef when the wind died-spent 2 hrs as shark bait on the southern edge before lach & Al rescued me in Toodys niad ..   Got 1/2 a powered up nm powered up when the wind suddenly swung to South & picked up ~ 7 knots  about 50 secs into the NM distance.

Nice pm session on eastern run-Piipped Vando in 2 sec but nil else !!!  Great NM Vando !!!

Brisk wind this morning so decided to rig 5.2m.    As I was rigging I wondered if I would be able to hold it.     ...No sooner got on beach and the wind started dropping.    Had a job to get a few planing runs and even had trouble getting back to beach.....Decided to pull pin and then this arvo had to watch Freddy,and Mal enjoy some good  wind interspersed by lulls.    As Rossco said "ya get that!!" 

Kurrimine Beach, QLD, AU

Hoppy Bob and I went to Kurrimine for a sail/gas bag with Herb,Lyn,Mal,Ann,Mike,Dot and Rossco

Very little wind ....there fore .....lot of gas bag.  Reasonably cool sitting around as well.

 Short/hard sail.
