What a day, it is not very often you see Sammy and me on the same gear but today was one of them and it was the smallest gear either of us own.

Safety Bay turned it on averageing 30 knots with gusts up to 40 running the outer bar was for mad men so Slowy and a few others were the only ones that did it. The inside was pretty choppy too with a few smooth lines to open it up, have been realspeeded in a big way my 35.8 display taken down to 34.9

Had one awesome run side by side with Sammy about 3m apart on the inbound leg at 34+ knots. It is very scary sailing so fast so close

There will be some massive numbers posted from Safety Bay today so I will be watching the site all night as the sessions go up

Waaaahoooo... what the Fkg ride we had . Day 3 at SB and a awesome hairy scary session with Adam and some of the big boys from Perth . Great to finilly catch up with the guys down here. BIG respect for Chris and his breathtaking numbers , awesome mate! And the other guys for taking the outside run. I had one of them, got stoked outhere.. it wasnt pretty   The 40 has been broken many time today!!

Had a couple of stacks where I did some damage to my beloved 5m (hole at bottom panel and a boken cam), but I am in one piece thats the main thing. I am still busing from the rideeeeeeeeeee. My last run was a magical one with Adam where we had a 35 kts parallel run. Perfect timing

After a week of being as crook as one very ugly dog for the last week from a head hand chest cold which gave me voice which would get Barry White drippin I ventured out for a play.

First run on my new (2nd hand) 6.2m Racing, forgot how much I love a 6.2m race sail.

An interesting day GAF, furken choppy at times and an inconsistent wind angle, but I had a ball out there, bloody exciting at times jumping going down wind, the set up was going a dream, got bounced out of the harness a few times and did a few runs unhooked as the gusts could be a wee bit on the hairy side, ended up blowing hard after a few runs from the residue of the cold.

At the end of the day happy with the numbers, no bruises no damage, voice is a bit raspy and the chest a bit sore, but all was golden

A great time on the water, kept on and on but gave in eventually after 2 big crashes.

Hardies Run, WA, AU. North 5.3 Ram,Gladiator 95. Short session today as it was darn right scary in the chop and the squals combined. Had some good sections in the lulls. Nice to get out with the Mob.
