Last day of holidays and the wind finally arrived in force. Arms were stuffed by the end of the first hour but gave it a few more runs to test the smaller fin. Couldn't break the 30kt barrier today despite the gusts seeming to be strong enough to do so.

Well as I said down early, Rigged 6.5 coz didn't want to change downTongue out Managed to get planing and was away.......

Messy, Massive chop everywhere today so didn't try for any nm and made sailing deep tough, but happy with the speeds. My personal goal is to break 30 at Peli, so starting to creep up on it. 6.5 felt good to do it today but..........Sealed

Troutty kept on pushing( you said about 80) but didn't have a anything left when changed down to 6.0 and only managed another 3 kms before common sense said call it quits.

Brabo- You were flying out there and thanks for the seat harness just tried it on fits perfectSmile will give it a go next time.

updated session with last few kms as was left off original post. sweet another couple of Pb's and top 2 2sec. so close to a few more  maybe should have gone for some nms'. Am I sounding greedy.

great way to spend last day of holiday, thanks Heuy some wind at last.Cool

Great stuff Toby, a little flat water and you'll smash through the 30. Nice corner Diablo.

Thanks Toby. Thought there were 1 or 2 that might be close to a pb so it was nice to get the result. It is certainly easier at Melville. The run over the sandbar is a lot smoother than Peli.

I agree with Macka Packa, all you need is some flatter water to break the 30. Come to the dark side (I mean south side) some time.Laughing Hang on this joke is probably more appropriate for obi one.

Thanks for the supportive comments re: my alpha. I have a confession though, I reckon it happened as I was trying to turn and hightail it back to shore before getting cleaned up by a huge gust I could see coming.Wink Amazing what a little motivation can make you achieve.
