Afternoon sail at boggy think I flattened my sail out too much great when powered up but took a bit of work to get it there and top end seems to have dropped off!Frown. SW 15-22, Hifly Madd 165, Hot sails Maui Speed Demon 8m, 2 x 31 twinsers. Will not be long now before i get my power box Black Project Type S fins which should help to make things a big faster.  On my lonsome so done distance.

Lake George, SA, AU from the spit, SE 15 to 25.

F2 stoke 117, KA Koncepts 5.8 and 5.0 with select weedies 30 and 24.

didn't get on the water till 10am as had a flatty on the car and got stuffed around, came in at 7.30 and had 8 hors water time after 2 breaks.

first 100 on 5.8 and then the next 230 on the 5.0 just cruising.

was flat as on weed beds the whole time and was so easy on the legs. really didn't get too stuffed and stopped because I new I had a couple speed days coming up.

looking back now I really should have kept going the extra 1 and a half hours of daylight left as it was still very constant 5.0 wind. but had planned for over 250 so was happy with that.

Smile missed 1 gybe for the day that was how flat it was.

was happy to get an hour pb as well seeing I was on the freeride board,

Fantastic Effort Jamie.  When you texted me 179 i thought not a bad number of kays, I only heard the day after it was Nm!  Straight to the top of the distance table...

Congrats on the PB's Jeff!

Congratulations Richard ,37knots+a great weekend with all the guys at Lake George.

Why were you sailing so slowly though?

Anyway, Wednesday at Stansbury is looking good and i will be there at low tide ( wind will be about 23 knots then ).

I will bring out the secret weapon.

Thanks Guys, I am planing to get myself a slalom board as my 117 litre stoke freeride is not fast enough across the wind for a good 1 hour andalpha's and my 62 litre missile is really bloody hard to get every gybe on. looking at a slalom around 90 to 95 litres might part with my 92 JP freestyle wave.
