Rod (2664km): nice arvo on the water wind didnt come in till late and sailed to nearly dark so it made for a very cold time getting out of the wet suit but enjoyed being out on the water Safety Bay, WA, AU

Elmo (15665km): JP Slalom VI 65, Gaastra Vapour 7.1m, JP weed 36cm Driving home tonight I thought we were once again going to get skunked, so much so that I was just about to turn of on way home to go to the hardware shop, fortunately I spotted some trees near the turnof which were doing something strange (moving) so quickly nut and bolted the rest of the way home. After a record speed turnaround and drive back and rigg managed to hit the water at 1722hrs desperate times as sunset woould be about 20mins later. First hitout with the Gaastra, didn't push it to hard as I'd pulled a back muscle SUP'in on the weekend which let me know every time i moved wrong with the sensation of neing punched iun the kidneys. Just doing short runs down to the rock garden and back wasn't going to do any thing silly got a few nice little squirts but with the chop spent a lot of the time with a good air gap between the board and water. Lot of fun, didn't aggrevate the back, second session for the month so I can't grizzle, Woo hoo thats now 6 sesh's since 29/04 bloody hell I don't know how I get away with it.
Kenno (145km): After some twisting of the arm from STROPPO I peeled myself off the lounge and joined him for a quick arvo blast In the Peel Estuary. Glad he gave me a call as I would have missed what turned out to be a fun little session until sundown. Got to try out a few new bits and pieces I got from 2nd Wind a couple of months back so was quite chuffed by days end Sure to be feeling the pain tomorrow sailing after a game of footy yesterday but was all worth it.....
