Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU    Why oh why do Glen and John get the best wind of the day. Right place, right time.

I am upset, floating around for hours and going 26ks.

F2 Sputnik 265 [back to the past].

                                        Loft 5.3 freeride.

Leo, your parking spot is reserved for 1 month.

Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU

6.0m np V6 (borrowed from Rach) on chopped old slalom board

Spent about 6 hours at the lake, and had about 1 hour of good sailing which made it all worth it. When it was good the wind was up about 20-30 kts

Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU. Primbee NNW 0 - 30 knots. Water very low for a startFrown

A very gusty day with streaks of wind at random times across the speed strip - very hard to be on the right kit at the right time at the right place!Undecided

Started off on the IS76 but this felt very uncomfortable with the 7m sail in the gusty conditions. Changed board to the JP SS and this was much better suited to the conditions. Had a lot of fun, mainly sailing with John. I think that speed may be my best on the JP SS - not very fast but good fun.Cool

SB iSonic76, JP SS 109, SV R3 7.0m, Limey Weedy (on the JP)

I thought Leo had given me the parking spot for the month? Oh well, you're the Doc Doc.  Nice Alpha John.  We noted that the wind came back in as soon as we got out of our wetties
