S-Type 93. KA Koncept 5.8 Fireblade 30

desperate to get in on some action after all the PBs being posted.

Hard work after a few runs, forearms pumped up real quick. Too strong to be comfortable and getting a bit dangerous with the holes, then being slammed by a gust when just resting hands on the boom. Knew when to call it quits. My stars (not that i take notice of them) said promising sporting ventures today - they were right. Good to catch up with PB hog Terry. pity couldn't hang around to drag race a bit more. Cool

Nice seabreeze and my first go on the small slalom board for a while.

Nice and flat high up on the bar too.

Safety Bay, WA, AU Patrick 92,6.2 RIII, Leading edge 30 then CHOCO weedspeed 26. 2nd time this season down on the beaver for me. Should go down more often. Started out on the Leading egde 30 weedy as its the only weed fin I got. Did my usual speeds  but no more. I Was a little nervous going deep over the bank as I was allready cutting through the weed so mainly played in the pond and the deeper water sections next to the bank that TOMSKI pointed out. I Was hoping some  familiar face's would turn up and loan me a smaller fin as the wind was great. My wish was granted when I saw  Anita on the water, and she  kindly loaned me the Choco and showed me the racing line. Instant improvement and a new PB.

Nice to meet TOM and thanks for the pointer's and a big thanks to Anita for loaning me the fin. Alex also out enjoying the conditions.

Fantastic sail today. Baldy convinced me to leave work early (didn't require much effort to convince) so we could catch up for a sail together. Wind was great in the gusts and not too many holes. Made the most of the gusts and it paid off today.

wow, 4 sessions and a real fist full of PBs. AwesomeCool

We's happy campers.

Great stuff Terry, getting some serious speeds now.

Gimme a lend of that iso!

I was a doofus and had my downhaul set 1 notch too much so was over downhauled by 20mm or so. grrr

That's what happens with little TOW. Carelessness.

Was hoping for a better NM but too many holes/chop/cramp.

Troutty, you need to go faster, the boys are catching up!

Keep trying for that 30, it will happen. I know there's a big difference between 2 sec and nm, but I know how frustrating it can be to be just shy of 30 for a long time!
