Lechenault Inlet 15-22ish WSW/WNW

F2 SX XL, 7.2mRSR,40cm Choco weedy

Today was smick. Long runs in smoother water than alpha land at hardies that went on for 2-3nm's

As it was very square i went for alphas and the hr. One happy bender. Gybing today felt really seamless. Really concentrated on laying the rig right over.

I cant explain how smoooth it was today. The biggest chop was about half the height of the rail on the SX XL. If i could have sailed broad i think more PB's would have happened. Still i'm stoked my Hr and Alpha PB's were over 2.5yrs old.Cool

oh and i had the entire inlet to myself not even a kiter.

Ruler is 2.98NM long

Went to lake Bonney on my way pass yesterday, windy but not enough and swingging! Today on my way home I stopped at Streaky Bay to check out the sand bar..

Wind looked good so setup the 6.7.. when out there the wind was gusty and had no strenth.. would need a N or NW.Still good to be out there.. saw couple of dolphin..

Congrats Bendyman on your PB'sCoolCool

JP Supersport 100L, NP RS4 6.7m, JP Freeride Weed 36cm.

OMFG it was Gusty as Fark, it was offshore, it was F'Ken gusty

Sailed with all my mates today.

Hardz is only sailing at the elite level, Sam thinks we are pussies  with our bull sharks so has gone to chop hop over White pointers, Mikes gone up north to defrost, Steve would rather work and Pepe just said it was crap and would rather stay home sucking on a beer (I'll give him that one).

The wind was off shore at Novara heading of at 45º to the shore eventually got out after a few catapults going up the channel, finally got my act together and kinda pointed it across cox bay.

Did I mention it was a wee bit gusty? had some interesting moments where I'd be sailing along see a dark patch approaching, sweet, lean into the gust then hidden in the gust would be a monster bullet generally coming at a slightly different angle which would stand us up and on occasion lift the board of the water.

Only did a few runs as I've broken a mast on a similar wind direction and remembered it wasn't fun swimming back across the bay so flagged it.

Twas fun, happy that I didn't Elmo myself or the kit.

Sorry couldn't back you up with the Hour Bendyman

Tried an onshore run at St Georges, but out of sync with the wind. 2 sessions this day, don't know how to combine files on the ka72 site, so the 5X10 may change when we get home.
