Went for Alphas and rigged on forecast instead of what was thereYell Underdone whole session.  Trying out TR-4's thinking about buying them, very nice sails.  MS TR-4 5.9m iSonic 86 LE Weed 26cm

Tabou manta 54, 6.2m hellcat, 30cm weedie. Had a few hours by myself, until Hards, Elmo and Decrep showed up and made it interesting. Actually had one decent gybe with the manta, the rest of them muffed when the wind died just enough to drop off the plane. Undecided

Going for alphas with hardie, elmo and pepe, (who was flying around)

Got my best one early in the piece, think we missed the best wind, it seemed to be dying the whole time I was out.

But pleased that my improved gybing with the thommen yesterday, didn't have an adverse affect on my speed board gybing today.

x15, 5.2 and 23cm 40deg symetric. (note to self, hurry up with that 22cm 45 symetric, it would be much better in alpha land)

YYYEEEEFFFAAARRRKKKEEENNHHHAAARRRGGGHHHCoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCoolCool

Got down there Pepe was ripping around, after chatting with Steve eventually rigged up but the wind had dropped a good 5 knots from what Pepe was playing with.

Hardz and Decrep said they were going to practice Alphas so I thought may as well give it a go as well and give them something to laugh at or at the very least something to gybe around.

Still percevering with this freakish overhand mallarky, still yet to develop enough down force to stop the front of the board bouncing but getting there, my best gybe I reckon made the proximity by cm's, it had one huge fat arse on itEmbarassed

Absolutely stoked to finally get a alpha PB, mongrel F'ken corners.

Bender, I am realy truly sorryEmbarassed, Please foirgive meInnocent

Lechenault Inlet at first 20-25knts SW'er after first 15mins 15knt sw'er

F2 Missile S, RSR 7.2m, crap, usless, hopeless, slow, sh%t, good for nothing, waste of G10, slow, just wrong, poxy and down right annoying ELMO custom assy weedy 29cmYellYell

Rocked up and it was howling and i nearly rigged the 6.2m but went the 7.2m instead. Last Sunday Elmo suggested i try his port tack (my speed run) assy speed weed.

All i can say it is nearly ended up in the bin but i felt it was not worth the energy walking to the bin. Every time i got to 30-32knts the fin just let go. After 4 over the fronts i was starting to get pretty pissed of. In the end i just got angry and powered off out in to the chop not caring what happened. Oh well sh%t happens.

After 20mins the wind dropped so i called it a day.

Bloody sabotaged by a furking muppet. What makes it worse i think he bagged a PB today.Yell

Bloody hell Sammy you tragicLaughing checking at the airportTongue out

Thanks Guys, you've seen me sail and know my aversion to staying dry on cornersWink

I haven't done an underhander since seeing how bad they were on my wave vid and how badly underhand affected my wave riding.

Yes Chris, I've been following your advise from the other day and trying to extend the front arm, I think it helps.

I sussed last night that my turning radius has been way to tight without speed, got to try and put a bigger bum on them (besides me)

that is an awesome alpha, well done Elmo. Please please give me some gybing lessonsCool

the tracks of your gybes loook so sweet.

What were your 2nd, 3rd etc speeds like 'cos it looks as though you may have several quick ones.

Well done Decrep for the fastest alpha too particularly in dying wind on a smll sailCool
