Gusty frontal wind 10 to 20kts, backed off later, still nice to go over 30kts on several occassions.  iSonic 94 2010  Gaastra Vapor 6.7m LE WEED 35cm, I got the best of it early, though the best gusts were as I was rigging up, thinking the 6.7m was gonna be too big, so wont be any startling speeds to come.

Brief outing at melville, was having fun until hitting a big clump of weed on the sandbar and wrenchin the old "dickie" knee so called it a day for not wanting to bugger myself up for my trip to shark bay in two weeks.

Left home @ 1430, guess when the wind decided to back ofUndecided

Got down there to see Hardz ripping laying down some nice Alphas, though woo hoo I'll give the 59 a go, rigged up noticed my RS4 is RS and gone the way of all RS4's by ripping it's internals apart, can't complain considering the hammering I've given it over the last 3+ years.

Hit the water, chugged out, eventually got on the plabne sail feltr like it wasd running out of puff, came back did another run, still underdone, came back in and changed boards, definately better but allways ghad the thought in the back of my mind that 7+m would have been better.

Had a few fun little runs, couldn't match Hardz's blistering pace or even get anywhere near itEmbarassed, still a great days sailingCoolCoolCoolCool good to see a few crew outCoolCoolCool

Nice work from the MM senior elite. I went wave sailing and ended up having to do a long swim (50mins)approx a km out  after the wind dropped out and swung straight off shoreYell

Well Done Elmo and Hards, looks like you had some fun and you promoted us to the topCool. Would have been a distance avaiable today to those with a) time and b ) perseverance. I did the mothers day thing at both ends of the day and slept a bith this afternoon. When awake I kept seeing the trees blowing around. I hope to sail Thursday aasn I am onight shift then as well.

well done guys, see you're managing well without me.

I found Mal sailing at the pit, he was the only one out, trying for a NM. Unfortunately the wind was wrong for the speed bank.

Had a good weekend at Mallacoota, there's an interesting looking bank there as well.

Just arrived in Queenbeyan, check Canberra tomorrow.
