Its Pete,s fault Laughing I,m stuffed

It was Kato's fault! Seriously, a good day with good conditions - smooth water, good direction for sailing both ways on the run and a comfy strength for cruising. On the water at 8.30am and off at 5pm with three muffin breaks. At the end of the day Craig dragged me in under false pretenses - I thought we were coming in to fit the headlights!WinkTongue out

Best day yet in terms of lack of swims - only 5 or 6 swims all day - two with the fin letting go on gybes. Great to catch up with so many others after very intermittent wind in the last 6 months or more.

CA SL55 with Lessacher 28 weedie and 2011 KA Koncepts 5.0 and 5.8.

Came for ~2 hour session to improve fittness. SP50, Koncept 5.7 , 28cm Lockwood/McD fin. Speed was determined how much weed the fin had captured. Need to invest in weed fin...

Thats a bit personal!!!

Was on my 53 wide speed board, the Luv Mus medium and a 6.6 Koncept. Ka 28 Slalom fin.  Wind was really South so really tight, no good for speed sailing just cruisin!!!

I hadn't been there since Nov due to injury and work, nearly cried when I saw how much the dunes had grown and spread. There is grassy knolls the whole way down.  Is it buggered???? well not far off I think.

"Nice distance. nm and alpha guys. Back, bones and arms hurt?"

Not to bad for me, a few holes in one foot. Anything over 200km will involve some sort of pain.

Not too bad for me either. Yesterday pretty much every muscle in my body was letting me know that they'd been a bit over-used and abused, but fine now. Hands and feet a bit tender yesterday but no blisters. Only real damage was a tender quad from me doing a stupid catapault into mast or board (or something hard) and whacking it soundly. But that's also Ok now. But I wouldn't do 200km every week just for fun - there has to be some burning motive - like knocking off those dastardly Tassies! Wink
