Dan_P (4440km): Inverloch, VIC, AU Wow... back to reality. Having spent 2 weeks sailing in 25 deg water on cocos it was an effort to get a wettie on - especially a 4/3. The water was fresh but after a while it was ok. Got to the beach at about 1 (later than i wanted - bloody work) and rigged up as quick as possible. Only got about a 1 1/2 hr sail before the tide was too full and lumpy so called it a day. Its no wonder the economy is slowing and that the dollar took a hit and is now below parity - there was a heap of people on the water for a work day. Everyone must have the same bug thats going around and making everyone "sick" Isonic 86 Slim & 6.6 KA Koyote. Wind was up & down SW 15kts ish. | ||||||||||||||||||

Drift (5307km): LOCATION: ANGLING CLUB WIND: SW- 15-18 KNTs TIDE: LOW TO MID GEAR: CA FR77, c3 36cm, KA KOYOTE 6.6 DETAILS: Whats the world coming to...8 sailors out on a work day! Nice breeze all day and full runs along the strip right up to low tide. A few shallow sections have formed at the end of the strip so gybing happens a bit earlier. Theres also a bit of a hump happenning about 3/4 along the strip.
